FULL DAY PRESCHOOL
(8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
We’re excited to offer a full-day early learning program for children ages 3 to 5, designed to nurture growth, spark curiosity, and prepare children for the next stage of their learning journey.
Class runs from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with plenty of time spent outdoors, engaging in hands-on activities, and participating in thoughtful, play-based learning.
Our program is designed for children who are ready to enjoy a full and engaging day. Children enjoy a quiet rest period each afternoon to recharge, though we do not offer a formal nap time.
We offer small class sizes (max. 20 children/class) and a team of three dedicated, experienced educators who will guide, teach, and grow alongside your child every step of the way.
Families provide two snacks and a lunch. There are no additional program costs beyond the monthly fee.

Meet The Team
MS. BAILIE
Ms. Bailie holds a Bachelor of Child Studies in Early Learning and Child Care from MRU. She values the formation of meaningful relationships and aims to provide children with materials and experiences that allow them to explore their environment. In her spare time, she enjoys baking and spending time with her friends, family and two dogs.
MS. Taylor
Ms. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Child Studies from MRU and brings experience from a variety of roles and organizations. A strong advocate for play-based learning, she supports children’s development through meaningful play opportunities. In her spare time, she enjoys caring for her plants, visiting family, and exploring nature.
MS. Catherine
Ms. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Child Studies in Early Learning from MRU and first joined AKIDEMY as a practicum student. Originally from Quebec City, she moved to Calgary in 2020. Ms. Catherine believes in learning through play and learning alongside children. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, puzzles, and visiting her parents in Canmore.

Nestled between the bustling communities of Hillhurst and West Hillhurst, AKIDEMY Preschool opened in 2021 with a bright beautiful classroom and a desire to provide an incredible program to serve the area. We believe in building strong community relationships and are excited to bring our innovative program to Hillhurst and surrounding communities.
